NVIDIA Corporation to Acquire Run:AI, Pledges Continued Support and Investment

NVIDIA Corporation is set to acquire Run:AI, a provider of GPU orchestration software. Following the acquisition, NVIDIA intends to maintain Run:AI’s current business model for the foreseeable future and will continue to support its products. Additionally, NVIDIA plans to invest in Run:AI’s product roadmap as an integral part of the NVIDIA DGX Cloud.
