Indiabulls Housing Finance Announces ₹3693 Crore Rights Issue: Key Details and Schedule

Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited’s Securities Issuance and Investment Committee approved a rights issue of 24 crore fully paid-up equity shares, raising ₹3693 crore.

The rights issue price is fixed at ₹150 per Rights Equity Share, with a record date of February 1, 2024.

The Rights Issue period spans from Wednesday, February 7, 2024, to Tuesday, February 13, 2024.

On-market renunciation begins and ends on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, and Thursday, February 8, 2024, respectively.

Off-market renunciation requires eligible equity shareholders to ensure that transfers are completed before the Issue closing date.

Outstanding Equity Shares prior to the Rights Issue were 49,24,53,029, and post Rights Issue, they will be 83,75,62,564, assuming full subscription, call money payment, and conversion of outstanding ESOPs & FCCBs.

The Rights entitlement ratio is one Equity Share for every two fully paid-up Equity Shares held by an Eligible Equity Shareholder as of the Record Date.
